M: Pair of 22.5kg. --- | --- W: Pair of 15kg.

  • Some days at the gym are for the fancy, sexy stuff, some days are for lifting. And some days are for sheer WERK!
  • You can't hide in this one. In the running (of which there are "only' 3!), go our and hit that hard! On the ever so lovely DB-BTO's you have your work cut out for you. These will take you longer you think and that you want them to. Add to that the fact you will to fully stand up on the box before you step over it. None of the sneaking over the box!
  • This is a great workout to build the mental fortitude. Knuckle down, grind it out and hustle your way to your best time.
  • Enjoy!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
