WoD: "V for Vendetta"

Complete As Mant REPs As Possible in 10 Minutes

of:

3 Strict Pull Ups

6 V - Ups

6 Strict Pull Ups

9 V - Ups

9 Strict Pull Ups

12 V - Ups

Keep adding 3 reps to each movement until time is called.

  • Nice little volume builder on your strict gymnastics. Lets look to solidify our form to the upmost capacity.
  • Post WoD we will hit up some SLIPs action. Let Go!!!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.

Often mocked and overlooked in its value & effectiveness, SLIPS is an amazing tool for enhancing our balance, flexibility, strength to name but a few points.
