 WoD - "Oh My Quaddddd!!! "

Complete 4 Rounds For Time:

20 Squat Cleans

800m Block Run

M: 52.5 kg --|-- W: 35 kg.

  • Tough one on the old pins today! LOTS of squatting under load going on. The weight is meant as moderate at best. Choose a weight that allows you to complete the 20 reps in no longer than 2.5 mins.
  • Keep the runs consistent and don't allow that part to derail your WoD. No walking along the way. Just. Keep. Moving.
  • Lets go!!!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Modify as needed.
