Complete For Total Time:

“Buy – In”: 60/45 Calorie Row or 50/35 Calorie Bike

Then complete 5 Rounds of:

15 Kettlebell Swings (24 / 16 kg)

30 Kettlebell Goblet Lunges (24 / 16 kg)

60 Mountain Climbers

Then….

“Cash – Out”: 60/45 Calorie Row or 50/35 Calorie Bike
