  • July has come & gone already!! Can you believe it?!?!
  • When you look back on a training month, or any kind of month for that matter, do you reflect on what went well or what went badly? Would a better approach for you be to look back at what went well, take notes and give yourself credit? And then go back and look at what you could have done BETTER? Were you consistent with your training this month? Did work/life get busy for you and your training was the thing to make way? Did you just not fancy coming in some days because July is the coldest, darkest month of the year? Were you afraid of not doing well in some WoDs and therefore cancelled your class? If any of these questions resonate with you then know that you have a chance to reflect and then put it to bed!
  • We can all press reset on August 1st and set new goals for the month (after all the CrossFit Open is now only, approximately, 60 odd days away!!).
  • August brings with it the light at the end of the tunnel. Winter is on the way out and soon spring will be here. It is also our annual homage to the CrossFit "Hero WoDs" too! What better way to see out winter than to go through the gauntlet of completing multiple Hero workouts each week??? Gee yourself up for it guys its going to be a rollercoaster of emotions for sure!!
  • First things first lets see out July with a bang and a big dose of classic CrossFit. Get.To.Work!!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
  • Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.
