Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 Minutes

of:

7 Double Dumbbell Bent Over Rows*

10 Weighted Sit-Ups

15 Weighted Squats

*If you have access to a pull-up bar do 5/3 strict pull-ups. Add weight is able.

  • Well here we are again. Lockdown part 2!!
  • No matter. We forge ahead because fitness will wait for no person so we may as well get our skates on!!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
  • Work hard. Be humble. Stay safe. Stay happy.
