"The Hangover Continues"

Complete 3 Rounds For Time

of:

60 Double Unders

45 Wall Ball Shots

30 Dumbbell Lunges

15 Overhead Sit Ups

M: 10ft line for wall balls. ---|--- W: 9ft line for wall balls.

 For all loadings you choose the weights today.

  • We have an enduring task today. Don't be fooled by this being "just" 3 rounds. This has far more depth than you think at first glance.
  • Challenge yourself in the first round to go as big as you can on the reps. See how many wall balls you can get in a row. You never know, you may just surprise yourself.
  • Once clear of the first round this becomes an exercise in "finding a way". You will know what that means when you are knee deep in the second round. Enjoy!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
  • Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.
