 WoD: "Are You Gonna Go My Way"

With A Running Clock Complete:

0:00 - 8:00: Run 1 Mile

8:00 - 10:00: REST

10:00 - 15:00: Max Reps Handstand Push-Ups

15:00 - 17:00: REST

17:00 - 25:00: Run 1 Mile

25:00 - 27:00: REST

27:00 - 32:00: Max Reps Burpee To Bar

32:00 - 34:00: REST

34:00 - Finish: Run 1 Mile

  • Well aren't we going super long this Saturday?!?!
  • There is a LOT going on and a LOT of work to do. We are all  playing to the tune of the running clock today so scale things to ensure you get at least your 2 mins rest each time.
  • Hit those runs with the intent of keeping close times each time. As for the 5 min effort? Well at least you aren't having to squat or anything hey!
  • Let's go. Are YOU ready????
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
  • Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.
