  • Little take on last years Opening workout in the CrossFit Open. If you played around with that one then you'll know that grip became a major issue for many. As did the fact that way too many of us went out too hot at the start!
  • Today we've pushed the time out a bit, added a run instead of a row and now we can use it as a training tool to develop our grip stamina in each round by trying large sets and with the run we can get some respite on the ole mitts!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  •  Scale as needed.
