15 Floor Press

15 Double Double Dumbbell Bent Over Row

Modify to 12 Bench Press & 12 Strict Pull-ups is equipment allows for it.

  • Well here we are again. Lockdown part 2!!
  • No matter. We forge ahead because fitness will wait for no person so we may as well get our skates on!!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
