It looks awesome!!   Anyways back to business.   A): Tabata Row (for metres) NOTES: This a fantastic way to enhance your fitness levels! There is nothing like a good old fashioned Tabata interval workout. And the best part is it only takes 4 minutes!! We are rowing for metres today, not the usual calories. It'll give you a different dimension to it and have you hopefully reaching harder for that elusive 1000m! Get after it! Don't avoid this!!     B): N/A NOTES:  It's Friday. It's been a tough week. Relax!! If you really want something to do hit out 10 mins of mobility 🙂
