 WoD: "T'was The Night Before Christmas"

China Town Run

9 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

15 Push Ups

  • Hoooooooeeeeey!! Fitness ion your face!!
  • This one will packman punch if you really get after it. To add a run into a short time frame AMRAP like today will force us to push the pace.
  • On the second go round where we change it up a little. We want to try to coerce you into moving way faster than you really wanted too. Especially seeing as you haver already punched yourself in the face for 9 mins!!
  • Weight-wise choose weights that will allow you to go unbroken on some sets. We also want a significant reduction in weight for the second AMRAP too allow you too move FAST!!
  • Let's finish the working off in style!!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
  • Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.
