Starter: Some Skill & Load:

. Turkish Get Up 3 - 3 - 3 (3 reps each side)

Main Course: WoD "Swunning"

For Time: 

75 Kettlebell Swings (24kg / 16kg) 1600m Double Block Run (Note your run split too). 75 Kettlebell Swings (24kg / 16kg)    
  • 20 Min Time Cap. Scale as needed.

Shout out to CBDer Bich for completing 3 Peaks in 3 days!!

She covered 110km with a whopping 6000m in elevation!! Great application of her hard earned Fitness!

Bich has now done 6 of the famous 7 Peaks. Just one more left, Mt Buller no less!
