Complete 6 Rounds For Time

of:

60 Double Unders

30 Kettlebell Swings

15 Burpees

M: 24kg. W: 16kg

Modify for the at-home experience by using dumbbells or an odd object for the swings.

  • Well here we are again. Lockdown part 2!!
  • No matter. We forge ahead because fitness will wait for no person so we may as well get our skates on!!
