  • Getting back in to the swing of things after the long weekend with some Heavy lifting! Nothing like moving some iron to get the blood pumping again.
  • Hit all your Push Press sets before embarking on the Squats.
  • TEMPO on the Squats is 30X1
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale As needed.

For Total REPS:

Tabata Thrusters (Bar)

  • A Tabata Interval is a 20 second block of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Work for 8 of these intervals and total up all your reps.
  • An empty barbell will be plenty! 🙂
