Complete As Many REPS As Possible in 12 Minutes

of:

10 Alternating Dumbbell Hang Power Snatch

20 Seconds of L-Sit Hold

12 Alternating Dumbbell Hang Power Snatch

20 Seconds of L-Sit Hold

14 Alternating Dumbbell Hang Power Snatch

20 Seconds of L-Sit Hold

16 Alternating Dumbbell Hang Power Snatch

20 Seconds of L-Sit Hold

18 Alternating Dumbbell Hang Power Snatch

20 Seconds of L-Sit Hold

.

Keep adding 2 reps to the snatches until time is called. 

The L-sit stays fixed at 20 seconds.
