Who's in the mood to do burpees?!?!?   A): Barbell Bent Over Row 5 x 8 (Each set is a working set, build on them, only if form is perfect).   NOTES:  Make sure the back stays perfectly flat and keep the elbows close to the body. The bar must touch the body for the rep to count. Aim for the upper abs/lower chest.   B): 4 Minute AMRAP of: Burpee to 6" target.   NOTES: Yup! Burpees are a staple of the Open so we may as well get used to them! Set you target for at least 6" from your max reach and get after it. Chest must touch ground, and BOTH hands must touch the target overhead.
