WoD: "Keep On Rolling"

Complete Six 2-Minute Rounds For REPS

  • This will feel interval-esqe in its execution however there is ZERO REST built in here. Once the 2 minute round is up you hop straight back on the rower and, as the title suggests, you just keep on rolling!!
  • What we want to achieve here is finding our own individual threshold pace. One that is aggressive yes, but one you can ultimately live with even though it is uncomfortable as heck.
  • Time wise lets say you will spend 30-40 secs on the rower, 20-30 seconds on the barbell. Not counting in any transition times between the movements this will leave you at least 30 seconds on the gymnastics element (and we are talking at least 30 seconds when you are tired NOT when you are fresh in round 1!!).
  • Efficient rowing & barbell cycling will be key to our success here. Let's go!!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
  • Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.
