A typical Tabata is 8 rounds of 0:20 of work / 0:10 of rest for maximum reps. Today we go straight through all 8 rounds of one move before moving onto the next. 

There is no rest between the tabatas. 20 mins work straight through.

  • Melbourne may be in lockdown but fitness is ALWAYS there and always needs work. Let's go!! CrossFit CBD will still be alive & kicking online!!
  • Overall goal today is to keep working out.
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
