Bear Crawl, 100ft

Broad Jump, 100ft*

*Do three Burpees after every five broad-jumps.

If you've got a twenty pound (9kg) vest or body armour, wear it.

  • Well here we are again. Lockdown part 2!!
  • No matter. We forge ahead because fitness will wait for no person so we may as well get our skates on!!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
