- Fantastic workout to develop heaps of bodyweight strength and also develop that body awareness too. The Handstand holds can be time accumulated and will carry with it a 90 second cap to each round. This will allow for one or two quick rests in which you can "reset" yourself and your shoulders.
- The Toes To Bar is high volume!! The aim is to get the first 2 rounds done in 3 sets or less. Choose a number that will allow you to keep this stimulus. #ScalingIsNotACrime
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
