Complete As Many REPS As Possible in 14 Minutes

of:

9 Thrusters

Row 750m (600m)

15 Thrusters

Row 750m (600m)

21 Thrusters

Row 750m (600m)

M / W: You choose the load on the barbell.

  • Well & truly getting back on the horse with this one.
  • The thrusters are prescribed as a lightweight one. Choose a weight you know you can do all 21 reps done unbroken.
  • The rows are at a distance that we need to find a pace to shoot for. Aim to have each row done around the 3 minute mark.
  • Overall goal today is to get onto the rower in the second round.
  • Scale any numbers needed to meet these aims.
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
