28/05/15 – “Courage”

A): Every Minute On The Minute, for 18 Mins:

 

Mins 0 – 9:

 

Hi – Hang Snatch

+

Overhead Squat (w/3 second pause at the bottom)

+

Snatch Balance (NO heave!) 

 

Mins 10 – 18:

 

2 Snatch (Full Snatch)

 

 

 

 

 

It takes courage & confidence to pull off a good, technically sound Snatch Balance without the aid of the heave. Work to get this drill right and your Snatch will improve!

 

 

Part A is all about finding your speed underneath that barbell! 

Find the confidence & courage needed to drive under!

The technique and that speed is the focus. Use only loads that enable you to keep to this.

Part B is the time to find the load. Use the confidence & speed gained from the first part and hit those doubles!  –

Post the load/s moved from each part to comments.
