27/3/12 – Tabata vs Tabata

Perform The Following Tabatas Pull-Up vs Burpee To Bar Rest Exactly 3 min, Then Kettlebell Swing (24kg/16kg) vs Push-Up Rest Exactly 3 min, Then Thruster (42.5kg/30k) vs Sit-Up   Each Tabata consist of 16 round, 8 of each exercise in the pair. Alternate between the exercise in the pair for each 20second bout work.   Scoring = The lowest number of any round for the exercise will the score for the tabata. Post the total of all lowest number of reps (for any round) of Push-Up, Shoulder Press, Pull-Up, Kettlebell Swing, Front Squat, and Box Jump to comments. (6 scores in total) / Total of all reps performed in the wod. i.e. 60/3000
