  Each Of The Following Individually For Time 1000m Row 50 Thruster (Bar) 30 Pull-Up Rest Then 500m Row 25 Thruster (Bar) 15 Pull-Up Rest Then 250m Row 12 Thruster (Bar) 7 Pull-Up . Rest as needed between each bout. Post EACH time to Beyond The Whiteboard.
