The Pistol is a fantastic display of your overall Fitness. It encapsulates Strength, Flexibility, Balance & Coordination.
It’s very much part of your General Physical Preparedness (GPP).
If you aren’t quite up to the task of the single legged squat yet then lets work those progressions & build toward that goal.
If you wear Oly shoes for the pistols you can still write “RX” but you must disclose it on the board!
