Complete As Many REPs As Possible in 7 Minutes of: . 3 Thrusters (42.5 / 30 kg) 3 Burpee Box Jumps (24 / 20" box) 6 Thrusters 6 Burpee Box Jumps 9 Thrusters 9 Burpee Box Jumps 12 Thrusters 12 Burpee Box Jumps 15 Thrusters 15 Burpee Box Jumps Keep on adding 3 reps of each until the 7 mins has run out.

 

  • Upon completion of the WoD go directly into...

Strength WoD: 

. Thruster 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2.
  • Bar taken from the floor
  • Don't spend 10 minutes lying in a bask of WoD glory. Get up & start lifting!

(Oh and if you do do the Thrusters (even from a rack) please tick this strength WoD as RX so you get a level).
