16/01/16 – “Cool Snatches!”

Pre: Snatch Skillzzzz:

  3 - Position Snatch High Hang Snatch + Hang Snatch + Snatch 1 - 1 - 1
  • Start light & hammer in that technique. Form and speed are vital.
  • Build the load as you go, however the "1-1-1" above denotes the LAST three sets you attempt, not your three best. Be accountable for your load choices & get that form under control.
  • All three variations of the Snatch today are SQUAT, not power.

WoD: For Time (30 Min Cap):

. "Cool Snatches" 800m Run 15 High Hang Snatches 800m Run 15 Hang Snatches 800m Run 15 Snatches
  • Choose your loads for all three variants. Ideally we want to see a different load on each type.
  • All variations of the Snatch today are SQUAT, not power.
