Scaling is an important part of your Fitness journey.

It has its place & is designed to make you better at what is being asked of you. It enables you to keep moving that to a level that is is applicable to your abilities on that given day.

No one person is ever above needing to scale a workout or a movement. To know your limitations is to know what is needed to be worked on & how we can work at it.

Don't be afraid to scale a WoD if & when it is needed. It won't make you any less of a CrossFitter. On the contrary, it will keep you moving, have you learning & overall it will make you a more powerful, more efficient & a fitter individual.

Great work from everyone today! This definitely has been benchmarked & is one we will revisit!
