Sounds far away but in reality thats less than 3 months to get strength gains. Less than 3 months to hone gymnastics skills AND build a volume tolerance for them. Less than 3 months to expand that aerobic base. And less than 3 months to build the volume base in general in order to handle six + workouts in one weekend!
Lets get after some!

Thursday 12th June
A): Clean Complex. 5 – 7 sets to find your heaviest of the following:
1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Full Clean
(Note: Focus on good positioning and great footwork! Make each complex look good and form look the same as the loads progress!).
B): 7 Minute E.M.O.M of:
12 Calorie Row
(Note: Row hard to the 12 Cals then during your “rest” keep the flywheel moving along slowly. Aim for at least 1600M/1400m & over 100 cals total ((this is of course including your “rest” work)) ).
Please respect all movements and do them to the best of your ability. Swallow your pride, if you cannot do a move because its too heavy then lighten the load! If you cannot get the technique right then either grab a coach or call it a day there.
