Welcome to the ROD Athlete Program! Please read the "Training Guidelines" page and the "How It All Works" page to familiarise yourself with everything. Please post your results, good or bad to us via the comments or my email. : ) A): 2000m Row time trial. NOTES: you should be aiming to get to a good start and try holding pace for as long as possible. Males should be aiming sub 7:30, females sub 8:30. B): no "B" today.
