  • You remember Open WoD "17.5"? Yep that little doozy! This a fantastic way to train up for a challenge just like that!!
  • Try to go hard on each interval, hold yourself to a number of reps & see if you can stick to it.
  • Yes you will get tired. Yes you may trip up on the rope a few times. Just take a few deep breaths and make full use of the 30 second rest periods that always follow.
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
