- The week so far has seen short & intense, then heavy & technical, all with a barbell in your hands. Today we go long and not a barbell on sight!!
- Pacing is the name of the game (you try and sprint your way through 25 minutes!!). Lets learn the art of hitting consistent round splits. Try to hit every round in a similar time to each other.
- Make sure your form is ROCK SOLID. These are foundational bodyweight movements. If we cannot hold good standards with just ourself what do you think will happen with weight on your hands?!?
- Lets get after it!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale As needed.
