  • There are some tried & tested combinations in CrossFit programming that are just so beautiful together that there is no need to reinvent the wheel!
  • Pick up that Heavy thing with great form a few times, & then try to run as fast as you can after each set! Simple hey!
  • Yet its that simplicity that allows us to garner a magnificent stimulus off the back end off it.
  • You wonder why this is called "Bambi"? You'll find out on that first run!!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
