For Load:

Deadlift

10 - 5 - 3 - 1 - 1 - 1 - 3 - 5 - 10

  • Lift as heavy as you can safely on each set.
  • Hold the standards. Shoddy form won't be tolerated.
  • This is potent. Beginners/those unaccustomed to lifting follow a rep scheme of 7-5-3-3-3-3-5-7 focusing on mechanics rather than maximal loading.
