  Strength WoD -

For Load:

Deadlift

5 - 5 - 5 - 5 - 5

  • Strength Day!
  • Do not underestimate the impact of 5 Heavy sets of 5 Deadlifts! The more experienced you are the more you should know that this can zap the Central Nervous System like no other WoD out there. Factor in the TEMPO of 30X1 we are adding in and you are in for ride!
  • Lift Heavy* Have fun!!
  • *= "Heavy" is a relative term. Meaning that the actual number of kgs does not matter. What does matter is that YOU have lifted as Heavy as you were able to safely, & in turn YOU forced an adaptation upon your own body.
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
