Skill Development: Smooth is Fast

Alternating 'EMOM' x 10 Mins:

Odd Mins: 12 Wall Ball Shots (9 / 6, 10 ft)

Even Mins: 12 Toes To Bar

 WoD: "Gripstravaganza!"

AMREP in 12 Minutes:

9 Deadlifts (80 / 55 kg)

12 Toes To Bar

15 Box Jumps (24 / 20 ")

  • On the skill fully apply yourself and work on stringing together some form and hopefully reps on the T2B.
  • On the wall ball focus on smooth rhythm (yes there is even a rhythm to wall balls too!).
  • Scale the rep numbers as needed.
 
  • On the WoD the Deadlift doesn't want to be more than 50% of your 1RM.
  • No  scaling back the T2B numbers (at full range of motion) today. Instead choose a scale option that you can sustain for all 12 reps.
