Sumo Deadlift

  • The Sumo Deadlift is an awesome alternative to the conventional Deadlift. It can offer up some new adaptation, build that all important posterior chain, but also focus in on developing some amazing hip strength that will come from the wider position of your feet.
  • The range of motion will be less than the conventional version which may allow you to pull more from the floor. This will even have a positive effect back on your regular Deadlift the next time you go to pick up the bar!! Cool huh?!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
