You have 12 Minutes to find a Heavy 3 Rep Front Squat.

(Bar is to be taken from the floor).

At 12:00:

75 Thrusters For Time* (35 / 25 kg)

  • Every time you put the barbell down go do 10 (7) Calories on the Rower or Bike. Then come back and pick up where you stopped
  • EVERY. TIME.
  • No sneaky resting on the back-rack. Rest either overhead or on the front rack or at the waist. NO exceptions.
  • 13 Min Time Cap on the thruster WoD.

Post Last TWO Squat sets. Post your Thruster time & how many Cals you had to do to Beyond The Whiteboard.
