  A): Every Minute On The Minute, for 12 Minutes of: 1 Strict Muscle Up & 2-3 Kipping MU's - OR - 3-5 Strict Pull Ups (Note: Looking to unbroken for as long as possible. If scaling on pull-ups, use normal scaling).     B): For Quality, 25 Knees To Elbow AND 25 Toes To Bar   (Note: Aim is to achieve this in as few sets as possible. 10 Minute Cap)
