 WoD: "Spin Cycle"

Complete 4 Rounds For Time

of:

500m / 450m Row

15 Dumbbell Front Squats

15 Handstand Push Ups

.

(RX = 22.5 / 15 kg Dumbbells)

.

  • Funky little piece to end the shorter working week.
  • Go find your threshold today. Hit the rows just hard enough to warrant you pushing to keep pace in the late rounds. Smash those squats unbroken & stay consistent on the Handstands. Chip your way through in medium sized sets.
  • Beware though, your shoulders are in for a ride!!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • 18 minute time cap. Scale as needed.
