 WoD - "Whats The Rule At The Farmers Table??"

Tabata Time!

Tabata Row / Assault Bike (Calories)

Tabata Farmers Carry* (AHAP)

  • A Tabata interval is an all out effort for 20 seconds immediately followed by a 10 second rest. A typical Tabata protocol lasts 8 intervals.
  • Today you will five Tabata's back to back. There is NO rest between movements.
  • The catch is (always a catch!) is that on the Farmers Carries you can't put them down! Any placing of the KB/DB on the floor or resting on your body results in a 3 Burpee penalty payable straightaway.
  • This also includes the 10 second rest periods too!!
  • Carry the heaviest KB/DB's you safely can.
  •  Scale as needed.
  • Score today is the LOWEST number of calories you hit in the 3 go's on the machine (the carries are not scored). Add the 3 low numbers together for your grand total.
