Complete 3 Rounds For Time:

10 Power Cleans (80 / 60kg)

20 Box Jumps (24 / 20")

  • Heavy MetCon time!! Beware though, although the prescription is to move a heavy barbell you still want to be able to get through your reps in 90 secs or less! Check out the time cap. Today its short, fast & Heavy!!
  • Go attack this one. 12 Min Time Cap.
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale As needed.
