WoD: "The Spinning Wheel"

Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 15 Minutes

of:

5 Strict Handstand Push Ups

10 Chest To Bar Pull Ups

20 DB/KB Front Rack Lunges (pick load)

  • Following on from the CrossFit Open, all the prep work & all the kipping that went along for the ride it time to re-set & re-build the foundation. Lets start today with the STRICT Handstand Push Up. If you want true overhead strength & stability in this move and others relating to it then your Strict strength is the base in which to build it.
  • The Lunges are WALKING lunges & it is with 2 DB's or KB's. Rack them up nice and high and get yo single leg work on!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale As needed.
