 WoD: "A Revisit, Or Is It??" 

Complete For Time:

10 Dumbbell Snatch (22.5 / 15 kg)

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24" / 20")

20 Dumbbell Snatch

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs

  • Take a deep breath, find an appropriate pace, lets go!
  • The Dumbbell is heavy yes, be sure you are using those legs to drive the Bell up!!
  • If you are at all interested in the upcoming CrossFit Open then try out the new movement standards both in the DB Snatch & the Burpee portion of the BBJO!
  • This has been a BIG week so far on the ROD, & its set to continue on tomorrow and the next day. Buckle up & monitor your recovery. If you need a day to rest take it.
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
