WoD: "From The Bar To The Body & Back Again!"

[A]:

3 Minute 'AMRAP':

12 Deadlifts (60 / 40 kg)

9 Front Squats (60 / 40)

6 Hang Power Cleans (60 / 40)

REST 2 Minutes....

[B]:

3 Minute 'AMRAP':

20 Ab-mat Sit Ups

15 Air Squats

10 Burpee Over The Bar

.

  • Alternate between A & B until 3 of each 'AMRAP' have been completed.
  • 'AMRAP' = As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible.
  • Re-stsrt from the beginning of the AMRAPS each time.

Post the 6 AMRAP scores to Beyond The Whiteboard.
