Summers here......... Oh hang on a minute !!!!!! A): Strict Press 3 x 5 (Only add on 0.5kg-2.5kg t last time). NOTES: As always midline stability is crucial to the press. Brace, brace, brace! Really focus on squeezing everything from your toes right up thru to your diaphragm. Stick to plan of having the same load on your bar for all three sets. Warm up with 2-3 sets to get you going then jump in. Rest no more than 3 mins between sets. Enjoy 🙂   B): "Death By"...... Strict Pull Ups NOTES: Time to amp up this ROD program up a wee bit! We'll add in pieces like this or similar to this to challenge your will and mindset. We all know "death by's" are those WOD's that turn on a sixpence and become extraordinarily hard & near on impossible. Then the mind is what's needed because your'll hit that round where you only just make the required reps in the 60 seconds and it's time to go again. Those are the times that you make your mark on a WOD. Start the rep sequence at 1 rep and add 1 rep each minute until you cannot meet the reps needed.
