  • Lightweight workouts are fantastic at exposing that intensity inside all of us. Pick a weight where you will plough through these DB Thrusters.
  • On the flip side there is a LOT of toes to bar here. You will need good stamina in the ab's to sustain this. Your focus today is to open up each set with as big a set as you can. Don't game it and hit singles from the start.
  • 15 min cap on the WoD
  • Rest 3 mins then hit up the extra credit stuff šŸ™‚
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale As needed.
