WoD: "Betty's Dream"

7 Rounds, Each For Time:

of:

7 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

7 Front Squats

7 Push Jerks

30 Seconds REST after each round.

(55 / 37.5 kg)

  • Just you & the barbell. Nowhere to hide.
  • Record the time you see on the screen as you finish each round. (BTWB will figure out your rounds splits for you).
  • Your aim is to have your opening 3-4 rounds at 60-65 seconds or faster. (Holding good form!).
  • Weight stimulus is not for a lightweight day but at the same token it is not a heavy day to move the bars in dribs & drabs.
  • Hence a 15 Minute Time Cap is on the menu.
  • Scale As Needed.
