  • Large workout today!
  • Very grippy on the kettlebell but also a large amount of skipping. Your efficiency on the rope will be put to question today! There will of course be scale options available to those that may find 250 Doubles too many to deal with. Go for an option that allows you to keep moving and not get caught up (literally) with the enormity of the numbers.
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale As needed.
